FAQ
Do you print for us?
Yes! When you receive your online gallery, you are able to order prints straight through it. We now also offer heirloom albums! Email to inquire.
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
FOR WEDDINGS: We deliver a 100+ photo preview within a week after your wedding... you should expect the full gallery in around 10 weeks! (perfection takes time!)
FOR SESSIONS: 4-6 weeks
Do you shoot film?
Yes we absolutely LOVE too. We shoot 35mm & 120mm...This is offered as an add on!
What if we're having a destination wedding?
We are always up to follow your love story wherever it leads us. We can help figure travel costs depending on your destination.
I'm not interested in photography, can I book only videography?
At this time we only typically offer our videography services as an add on to our wedding photography packages. But please feel free to reach out if you have a project you would like our help with.
Do you shoot families or seniors?
Short answer, yes.
Since we do specialize in weddings, most of our time is reserved for accommodating those couples.
If you have an idea for a family or senior session that you think would align with my artistry...please reach out. I love to do these kinds of sessions when I have the availability.
Do you have business insurance?
Yes we do! Some venues require proof of our insurance prior to the wedding date and we are able to provide this upon request!
How does the process work?
1. Inquire/Consult
You have submitted your inquiry through our website woot woot! Once we confirm we have your date available, you will receive our pricing brochure to look over and make selections of the offerings you're interested in. We know you may have questions & we would love the chance to connect, so, once you select the services you're for interested in, we will reach out to schedule a phone call or facetime to answer those questions and get to know each-other a bit better!
2. Sign Contract
Whew, you're almost fully booked and have another thing checked off your list... Once you've let us know what coverage you would like to go with, we will send over a proposal including the invoice & contract. 50% of the total package selected is due as a retainer and the remainder is due 1 month prior to your wedding date. Once the retainer is paid & the contract is signed you are OFFICIALLY BOOKED!
3. The Big Day
If you have selected to add any seperate shoots we will go ahead and get that on the calendar ASAP. As we near the wedding date, typically 2-3 months out we will have a planning call to catch up on how things are going/answer any planning questions you may have. One month out, when all the details are more solidified, we will have another call to walk through every single part of the day so you have peace of mind that we are all on the same page. However, throughout the planning process we are always an email, phone call, or text away to help... even if you need a second opinion on a napkin color...WE GOTCHA BACK! Then, it's TIME TO GET Y'ALL MARRIED!
4. Delivery
You did the dang thang!! We know you'll be SO excited to share the photos/video & so will we! Perfection does take time & we want you to be able to trust us and our process. We hand edit every image & film with care and strive for the quickest turnaround possible without sacrificing any small details or cutting corners. We deliver an 100+ photo preview as soon as possible after the big day & that's to you within two weeks. Full wedding photo galleries should be expected in 10-14 weeks & films should be expected in 4-6 months... but we almost ALWAYS deliver early. We do offer expedited options as well if interested!
